At Loop Health, we are well aware that individuals from minority groups are not always receiving the mental health support they need and deserve. Sometimes this is due to financial constraints or stigma in minority communities—or difficulty locating a licensed therapist or teacher with a similar upbringing or culture.

We wanted to change the trajectory of mental health for North America’s minority groups and beyound, introducing a self-care methodology that would provide paid-for therapy along with free resources to support the mental health of our members. Our dream was to build a culturally competent online therapy platform that understands, respects, and celebrates our clients’ diverse backgrounds.
