HIPAA & HITECH COMPLIANCE
At Loop Health, we are dedicated to safeguarding your Protected Health Information (PHI) and we have implemented policies and procedures that comply with federal and state laws applicable to us as a healthcare provider. HIPAA Compliance

The HITECH Act of 2009 strengthened the civil and criminal enforcement of HIPAA rules.
